Chad Hendricks| Sales Manager| Business Relationship Development
With over 24 years of experience in the insulation industry, Chad brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role as Sales Manager. His journey began in 2002, when he started working with fiberglass, managing crews, and building relationships with custom home builders. In 2009, Chad broadened his skill set by specializing in foam projects, further solidifying his reputation as an expert in the field.
In 2013, Chad took a bold entrepreneurial step and founded his own insulation company. He successfully grew and ran the business until 2019 when he sold it to Joaquin. Even after the sale, Chad remained committed to supporting the business through his continued focus on sales and customer service.
Chad’s dedication to his work is fueled by his deep commitment to his faith, family, and customers. He has been happily married to his wife, Danielle, for 32 years. Together, they are proud parents to five energetic and active children, who keep them engaged in a variety of activities, including sports, band, choir, and church events. Outside of work Chad serves as an Elder at his church and is a member of the Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association. He enjoys restoring classic Chevrolet C10 trucks. He also plays the bass guitar and piano.

Chad and his team did a great job on my project. Showed up when they said they would, got everything knocked out in a timely manner, and the quality of work was solid. You can tell they know what they’re doing when it comes to insulation.

Great price
Jr, LLC did an outstanding job spray foaming and painting my shop. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and easy. Chad was the main person I worked with, and he made everything simple and stress-free. He was very responsive, helpful, and made sure everything was handled the right way.
The crew that came out — Marcello and Rafa — were excellent. They were professional, respectful, and kept everything very clean while they worked. You can tell they really take pride in what they do. After the spray foam and paint were finished, the shop looked incredible — everything turned out even better than I expected.
I really appreciate the attention to detail and the quality of the work. Special thanks to Chad for making the whole experience so easy, and to Marcello and Rafa for doing such a great job. I would definitely recommend Jr, LLC to anyone needing spray foam or painting done.

They spayed 6” open cell in the walls and 8-10”in the roofline! Got us on the books quickly, They showed up when they said they would and made short work of our 40×50 project!
They crew was clean and organized, very efficient and cleaned up the job-site nicely when they were done! Definitely got the foam we paid for + some! Chad is very knowledgeable and wont steer you wrong! Will be using them again on our next projects! Highly recommend!

I would recommend JR Insulation to anyone, they did a great job on our metal building. Chad with JR Insulation gave us a very reasonable price and he did everything that he said they would do, and when it would be done. The product that they used performs great.
The rooms stay at a constant temperature regardless of the outside temperature. They covered everything and cleaned up everything at the end of the job. JR Insulation made this scope of work very seamless and once again I would recommend them for your insulation needs
