With over 21 years of hands-on experience in the insulation industry, Joaquin Martinez brings a wealth of knowledge, dedication, and heart to JR Insulation. He began his career as a spray technician and worked his way up to project management before taking a leap of faith to start his own company. What began with a single spray rig, one truck, and a big vision has grown into a thriving team of 45 skilled professionals operating 20 high-performance spray rigs across the region.

Joaquin’s commitment to excellence is rooted in his belief that a successful company is built by valuing both its employees and its customers. That philosophy continues to shape every aspect of JR Insulation’s work.

Outside of the jobsite, Joaquin is a devoted family man. He and his high school sweetheart, Nataly, are raising six kids, with ages ranging from college to a newborn born in April 2025. Their home, complete with a pool and backyard playground, is the go-to hangout spot for friends and family—especially when the weather is good. Weekends often revolve around time together at home or enjoying their shared passion for classic cars.

Joaquin and Natalie also love to travel, and one of their favorite destinations is Colorado. These days, with six kids in the mix, getaways are rare—but the memories and the love for the adventure remain strong.
